First Aid Training
First Aid is not just for our lifeguards, here at Apex Surf we run First Aid courses for the work place and the outdoors. As course providers, we run courses as approved by ProTrainings, Remote First Aid and Pre Hospital Care and the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) as our awarding organisations.
We offer First Aid at Work (FAW) , Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and also offer community AED and further first aid courses on request.

We hold the FROS (First Responder On Scene level 3) qualifications alongside approved First Aid Trainer Assessor status in accordance with the HSE guidelines.

First Aid at Work (FAW)
This course is the most comprehensive first aid course for the workplace. It covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills and equips first aiders with the ability to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illnesses. The course is suitable for all industries and enables employers to meet HSE requirements. On completion of this course, candidates receive a Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
A safe working environment is a basic right for all workers and a responsibility for all employers. This one-day first aid course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing employers and your staff with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace.

Outdoor First Aid
Outdoor First Aid is tailored to those working in the outdoors such as adventure sports instructors & water sports guides.

Anaphylaxis Management
RLSS UK has partnered with the Anaphylaxis Campaign - the only UK-wide charity solely focused on supporting people at risk of severe allergic reactions. This Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis covers providing First Aid to an unresponsive casualty and recognising a casualty with anaphylaxis.
